Oscillating Granulator Anugran

Anutec manufactures Oscillating Granulators in two models HT2-250 and HT2-500, for Food, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries. The HT-250 model handles up to 1000kg/hr and the HT-500 can manage up to 4000 kg/hr. Output varies depending on the type of product and the sieve. These machines are made from best quality tested stainless steel, as per GMP Norms. This machine gives a high output with a small percentage of fines and offers salient advantages like a robust, simple and compact design, easy installation into production lines, uniform granule output, maintenance free operation and it can be partnered with a vacuum loading and discharge arrangement or gravity flow system. The granulating chamber and internal parts are totally washable from the inside. The inner surfaces are polished Ra< 0.4 Micron to prevent adherence of the product and facilitate cleaning. Sliding rails and fast fixing devices allow easy mounting and dismantling of the accessories.

The oscillating motion of the rotor gives uniform granules with very few fines. Granule size varies from 1mm to 10mm as per the perforation of sieves. The simple design of rotor and sieve mounting facilitates easy cleaning and quick change over. Externally fitted bearing housings prevent the product coming into contact with bearing lubricants.

This machine can be used for Dry and Wet granulation and have a wide field of application.
